The location was very convenient, close to the city center and in the center of the island. the apartment had a spacious and clean room, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. the staff provided a radiador in the room, which was appreciated as it got a bit fresh at night.

Very big room (it's like a small house), very comfortable, free internet (not wifi but with wired), very friendly staff, good price. Good location (close to the city center, close to the beach of Santa Cruz, close to the port if you need to take a boat, close to the main bus station).

While everything is close, it's quite a walk uphill if you go to the hotel or downhill if you come from the hotel. But it's less then 10 minutes though, no big deal.

The apartments are in the delightful little town of Los Llanos.

I did not enjoy my stay in Apartamentos El Patio. I arrived to find lots of spiders, fly-filled cobwebs and other insects on the walls and tall ceilings, which I did not like. In my opinion the floors were very dirty. Lastly, I am disappointed that the apartment did not respect the booking conditions which stated: "Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable", yet the full amount was charged at once (several weeks before my stay), which is totally unacceptable.

Great Location - The apartment was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. Clean and Comfortable - The studio apartment was clean and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a cozy stay during our romantic escape.Excellent Customer Service - The staff at the apartment went above and beyond to assist us. They were able to accommodate our request for an extra night stay on a Sunday, even when our camping plans were ruined due to bad weather and a migraine.

Slightly Less Cosy - The apartment could have been more cozy and homely, but it was still clean and comfortable for our stay. No Washing Machine - One minor inconvenience was the absence of a washing machine in the apartment, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

The hotel gave us a luxurious stay with their exclusive amenities, including a private outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and sun loungers. We enjoyed the high-end service and the room advantages were exceptional.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a pretty, private garden. The free wifi was excellent. Convenient location close to the city center and supermarket. Quick and straightforward check-in process.

Based on the photos I expected a top floor apartment with terrace, but this was a ground floor apartment with a private garden. However the garden was very nice, lots of plants, chillout furniture, with mountain views in the back. This is a newly built, modern apartment building, it even had a parking garage available and a common swimming pool. It is located in a very convenient place in the heart of the city. the apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable bed, it even had electric heaters.

Honestly I have never seen so many large spiders in one apartment. the ceilings were quite tall and the number of insects around was disgusting.
